A new word for the new year

The fruit of the past made it's mark on life.  Each moment tasted, then savored, nourishment received.  Look forward ~ the sweet, ripe fruit of a new year is upon us.

2013 will bring opportunities and blessings.  My word this year is TRANSFORM; mind, soul, and body.
